What happened to the cuckolds.com forum?
I used to send people to cuckold.com telling them there could find a free forum there, but the forum is not there anymore? Or has it moved somewhere?
EDIT: Ok, I've found the forum, but can we please have a link to it from the main page of cuckolds.com again? I can't send them to the main page because there is no forum there and there is no use sending them directly to the forum because they won't generate any sale for me then...

We have it set so that traffic from webmaster links doesn't see the forum link - only type ins.
I'll have to double check the tracking thru the forums before I send referred traffic thru there. We want to make sure that no webmasters lose a join.

Um... I don't get it.
First: it makes no difference if I type in or follow a link - there is no forum link on the cuckolds.com page anymore.
Second: It worked just fine before: I've sent people to the main page telling them they could find find a forum there. Some of them went for the forum, some of them joined the site. How could I lose a join? Or do you mean they could enter the forum, then go back and join and THAT wouldn't register?
Right now it looks like I I have to take down that link... I cannot send people to cuckolds.com telling them there is a forum there when there isn't. Too bad :(

heya the forum link is back for type in traffic.
I will check with the techs right now if the cookie will track a surfer once he goes to the forums. I just didn't think webmasters would WANT the surfer to have access to the forums as there are external links there.

And sorry it took so long to give you an answer, 10,000 things going on at once and I didn't see the thread had been bumped :(

OK just talked to the tech and we will be putting a link to the forums on the webmaster traffic as well, it will track back and forth from forums to paysite and back just fine :)

Actually it's an experiment. I listed one of your sites in a "pay sites" category and the other one in "free forums" category. The signup ratio for the second one is much worse of course (most people go there to see the forum), but the amount of traffic is larger so it balances itself nicely. And in that way I can send your way two types of surfers.

I think any surfer that goes to the forums, particularly the DC forum, will sign up eventually. I'm gonna have to talk to the guys and make sure the cookie sticks and is long term to make this work correctly and profitably for you as a referring webmaster.
